Another popular machine for gem cutters, the Facetron doesn’t offer any of the high-tech features other manufacturers have introduced. I currently use a Poly-Metric Scintillator and a Bunter machine at home and a Spare parts $116 for a plastic drip tank, $650 for a transfer block, rubber splash pan $185. For repairs/upgrades they charge $200 just to open the box, then the cost of parts and labor over that. Wow.
